These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services provided by Unitee Culture, including the purchase of products through our platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Order Placement and Acceptance
All orders placed on Unitee Culture are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason at our discretion.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we confirm that the order has entered production.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are displayed in the currency indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon placing the order. We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
4. Order Modification and Cancellation
You may modify or cancel your order before it enters the production phase by contacting us at contact@uniteeculture.com. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may incur fees.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, technical errors, or for any other reason. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ship your order within 5 to 7 days of confirmation. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as shipping carrier issues or customs delays.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at contact@uniteeculture.com with details and images of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve the problem based on the nature of the issue.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Unitee Culture website, including designs, images, text, and other materials, is the property of Unitee Culture and its artists and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Unitee Culture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.
Our total liability for any claims relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
